Yes, each subscription category has a fixed deposit, cumulative per item. Deposits are managed through Swikly to ensure the protection of your funds without blocking your credit.
In case of damage, you can declare it and contact Ocean Side support or repair it yourself. Penalties will apply based on repair costs and the product's loss of value.

Yes, we ask for a deposit. The deposit amount varies according to the subscription category and is cumulative per item. To secure the deposit and provide peace of mind to our customers, we use Swikly, a trusted intermediary platform. This ensures that the deposit process is smooth and does not affect your card limits, offering a secure and hassle-free way to manage deposits.

To avoid all the limitations inherent in traditional practices, Swikly has invented the swik as an alternative to the deposit check. A swik is a bank transaction that secures a rental or reservation with an online deposit.
A swik is created from a credit card imprint that the customer must enter into a secure form. It can be secured online for a few hours or up to several months and the secured amounts are not blocked or charged. Credit card limits are not affected by securing a swik.

If you decide not to buy the product and opt to send us your old equipment in exchange for a new one, there are several options for its future. First, your old material can be reintroduced into our system to continue its life cycle. Depending on its condition and age, we can offer it as a Phase 1 or Phase 2 product in our subscription service. This ensures that the equipment continues to be used and enjoyed by others, contributing to a more sustainable approach to water sports gear.
Alternatively, if the equipment is no longer fit for use, we prioritize recycling.
By participating in our equipment exchange program, you not only access the latest equipment but also contribute to environmental conservation and the promotion of circular economy principles.
The standard procedure is to pick up the board directly at our facilities at Calle Almansa 14 (Guanarteme neighborhood, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria). If you would like us to send it to you, we will inform you of the cost according to the shipping destination (Canary Islands only). You will be informed of the status of your shipment by email and you will receive a tracking number. With this, you can check where your equipment is at any time. At FRS we know that accidents happen, which is why we offer a seamless repair process for damaged equipment. If your equipment suffers any damage, just send it to us for repair. The cost of the repair will be determined based on your insurance coverage and the magnitude of the damage.
But here is where it gets even better: we will not leave you stranded while we repair your gear. Instead, we will immediately send you a replacement item, new or already repaired, depending on your subscription level.
This means you won't have to wait for your damaged gear to be repaired to get back in the water.
Our commitment to you is that our subscribers spend no more than 48 hours out of the water, ensuring that you can continue to enjoy your water adventures without unnecessary delays.

In case of disagreement between FRS estimates and the application of penalties, it is always possible to discuss to clarify decisions and ensure compliance with the terms of use and the contract. Through effective communication, most conflicts can be resolved.
The first installment will be made by card; you can do it directly on the WEB or at our facilities at Calle Almansa Nº 14 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. We inform you that, in order to speed up the management of your subscriptions, the collection of fees will be carried out exclusively through direct debit.
